This site is definitely paying and it's easy to reach payout for most people. I have no doubt if I sat and dedicated my time to it I could easily make $5 in one day, but I just haven't had the time to dedicate to it lately.

How it works..

One credit is equal to one cent. So just for rating a review or comment you get 5 cents. You can't just go on a rating rampage though, because they have the system set to where it stops you if you click too fast.

That's right. If you have a referral and that referral earns $10 (which is not hard to do) you will also get $10 put into your account. No matter how little or how much your referrals earn you will get exactly what they earn also no questions asked.

Now as you can see you can really earn a good amount by referring others. Let's say you are like me, and have a hard time getting referrals. Well don't worry it's ok. Because even if you don't refer others, you can still earn good at IMRC.

Currently the only method of getting paid is via PayPal. Once you have reached the minimum amount (currently 2,000 credits = $20.00) you can request your payment and you will be paid within 24 to 48 hours.

How to make money on MyLot.com

Update: August 14th, 2009 I just received my first payment from mylot. I am so excited I got paid just to discuss things that interest me and I have fun doing it.

What is MyLot

MyLot.com is a great social network and what I like to call an informational website we can use to discuss almost anything and everything that can possibly be discussed. There are topics ranging from parenting, blogging, animals, life, groups, religion, politics and so much more.

Not only do we get to discuss what's on our mind with other people from all over the world at Mylot.com but we also get paid to do it. WAIT DON'T RUN......I know, I know you're thinking, yeah sure MyLot is probably a scam or it sounds to good to be true and all those other doubtful little thoughts that keep you from even attempting to get paid while having fun. While it is always good to be skeptical I must say I've got good news for you. MyLot.com is in fact a legitimate paying site and has been since 2006.

If you are already signed up and would like a few tips on how to best use MyLot.com to make money I've got some here for you, and I'm sure other members will gladly add to what I have to help make your experience even better. I have found the majority of members at MyLot to be good caring people, and very supportive when it comes to offering advice that they have picked up through their experience on the site.

Key tips to get the most out of your MyLot experience.

Rules/Guidelines
As with any opportunity to work from home online there are rules and guidelines you need to follow in order to be a member of MyLot. So either before or after you have joined the very first thing I recommend is that you make sure to read and understand the MyLot discussion, photo, and blog guidelines. You can read them by clicking here.

It is very important to remember the guidelines and try to NOT participate in discussions that break the rules because if one gets deleted and you have responded to it, you will lose your earnings that you gained for your participation when the discussion is deleted. Please note ( You will only lose what you earned for that particular activity, not your total earnings. )

Interest categories
Be sure to go through the interests and add any topic that interests you. You will find some duplicate interests and that's ok, for example in the interests there are several categories for mylot ( mylot.com, mylot, I love mylot ) etc.. feel free to add all of them, the more the merrier because this way whenever there is a new discussion posted in your selected category it will show up on your MyLot home page when you log in.

Participation
I highly recommend you spend your first three days or week browsing and responding to discussions. This will give you a better chance to know how things work and get a feel for it before starting your own discussions.

Participate in discussions that you have knowledge about. For example let's say you're a parent, and someone starts a discussion asking how to deal with a certain situation regarding their child, it might be a situation that you had dealt with personally with your child and had a positive result from or a negative result from, either way it is something you personally have experience with so you can offer good quality advice there.

Ratings
You will notice a plus sign, a minus and an exclamation mark. Please remember to use those to rate responses. Simply click the plus as positive, the minus as negative and the exclamation mark is to report to the mylot staff any discussions or responses that are offensive.

Please keep in mind when rating that just because someone might disagree with you doesn't mean they deserve a negative mark, as long as they provide a good quality answer and are not abusive always rate positively.

Starting a discussion
When you do start discussions make sure they are good quality discussions which basically means at least one paragraph in length. When possible provide links for others to refer to as to where you got the information from. It's always good to respond to the comments left on your discussions and whenever possible add a picture to your discussion that is relevant.

Please note: It is not ok to start discussions for the sake of getting referrals or for any other "promotional" reasons. However you can place banners on your profile.

Responding/commenting on discussions
The members have a general rule we try to make our responses at least four lines long. It is not a requirement just a general rule that the members have made up. Please keep in mind however that it does state in the mylot guidelines that you will not earn for responses like "me too" or "I don't know" which are normally called by the members "one liners".

Always try to provide accurate information and whenever possible ad links to show where you got the information from. It is ok to copy and past small amounts from an article you found somewhere on the web as long as you state "This is where I got the information from" and provide a link. If you do not provide the link and copy the whole thing it is against the law as a violation of copyright laws and also against MyLot terms of service, so do try to make your responses unique.

Activity
Log in as often as you can, and be active. Most importantly have lots of fun and you will find the earnings will take care of themselves. MyLot.com is really a good way to add cents to your road to riches.

Adding friends
If you want to add someone as a friend just click on their name then it will take you to their profile, then you will see the add friend button. Also if someone asks to add you as a friend you will see a notifier next to the friends tab it will have in parenthesis the number of friend requests you have example (1).

My favorite free program has been online, and paying it's members now for a few years.
It is similar to yahoo questions and answers, or discussion forums, but in my opinion much more organized and fun. There are so many topics to choose from and all you have to do is post what you think about a certain subject. It could be health related, political, day to day life, business, cars, vacations, kids, your favorite tv show, movie, musician, place, too much to list.

This place is awesome and full of great members. People that are passionate about many things, and are a wealth of information. I joined just three months ago and I have learned so much in that short period of time. This isn't your typical paid to post forum where you can just post something like "sure, me too" or "I don't know" this place is full of good quality content and pays more than the average forum too. There's no exact amount as to how much you get paid per post, and nobody knows except the owners of the site how it works but I've earned more in this site than any other.
Best of all it is 100% free to join and be a member, and you earn 25% of your referrals earnings too. So for every $10 your referral earns you get $2.50. How's that for getting paid to have fun :)

Hello everyone and thank you for visiting my blog. My name is Michelle,
but many call me Shell. I am a married mother of two handsome boys.
I have been working on various online programs for about five years now.

as legitimate paying opportunities and I have decided to start this blog to

I will not join or promote any business opportunity that is illegal, charges and outrageous amount to be a member of, is a known scam, is built on the basis of false hope.
